By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on Mirchiwale Spices, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our online store.

We strive to present product images, colors, ingredient details, and pack sizes (e.g., 100g, 250g, 500g, 1kg) as accurately as possible.

• Spices are natural agricultural products; minor variance in seed size or shade may occur seasonally.
• Changing the selected pack size weight dynamically updates MRP, sale price, and stock levels.
• All spices are unadulterated and processed under hygienic low-temperature cold milling standards.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless specified otherwise.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update pack prices without prior notice.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment authorization is received or COD is validated.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, stock depletion, or incorrect shipping details.

We accept Razorpay Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• For COD orders, customers agree to pay the exact invoice cash amount upon package arrival.
• Repeated non-acceptance or rejection of COD parcels may result in permanent suspension of the customer account.
• If an online payment fails, customers may use our payment retry option or convert to COD before shipment dispatch.

All website content—including logos, product titles, recipe articles, packaging photography, site designs, and software scripts—is the exclusive property of Mirchiwale Spices and protected by Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.

Mirchiwale Spices shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper spice storage or third-party courier delays beyond our control.
